Built in 1963, Dunbar has undergone various updates over the last few years. The roof has been replaced within the last 5 years, and all of the units have been rehabbed. The HVAC is outfitted with separately-metered tenant-paid gas-forced air furnaces, as well as separately-metered electricity for both buildings. Domestic water is paid by the landlord, however; the landlord does have a $25 a month RUBS fee for water usage. Amenities include a private fenced-in parking lot.
