Wildwood Apartments consists of 229 units: 125 one-bedroom units (800 square feet) and 104 two-bedroom units (960 square feet), and is currently 95.2% occupied. The property was developed in 1977 as a conventional asset and then converted to a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. The initial 15-year mandatory compliance period will expire in 2025, and it will then be in the extended use period. There is a HAP contract for 23 units with project-based (Section 8) vouchers. The tenant must have qualified income at or below 30% of the area median income (AMI).
