Viotis is outfitted with tenant-paid electric baseboard heat, electric sleeve A/C units, and individual, electric hot water tanks for each unit. There is also electric, common area laundry on site.
Nutcreek Townhomes is a 20-unit complex developed in 1974 and includes a mix of 19 two-bedroom units and 1 three-bedroom unit. The floorplans are identical for the two-bedroom units as well as the three-bedroom units. Each unit is outfitted with tenant-paid electric forced air heat and central AC units. There is no gas. The landlord pays for the water and has been implementing a water surcharge with all units. The electric hot water is paid by the tenant. Approximately 15 of the units have been renovated. About 10 units have new HVAC systems.
