Miri Gunter joined the IPO team in 2022. She began her commercial real estate career in 2013 at a local real estate investment firm where she specialized in property management, office leasing, and investment acquisitions. In this time, Miri developed a well-rounded experience base, having performed in cross-functional roles, including core underwriting and research skills that are critical to thoughtful investment analysis.
Building on nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Miri’s strong analytical background, industry connections, and communications skills are a natural fit for IPO and our client base. Miri provides our clients valuable brokerage support by utilizing her marketing background and interpersonal skills to assist in sourcing and booking the multifamily investments we offer.
Miri holds a master’s degree focused on marketing/marketing research from Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. She is a licensed sales associate in the state of Michigan.
