IPO is excited to announce another addition to our team: Caleb Smith

Caleb will be assisting in the firm’s growth in Ohio, as well as providing multifamily investment services in Michigan. Prior to joining IPO, he worked at boutique firms and successfully closed transactions in the multifamily industry. A natural competitor and collaborative teammate, Caleb fits seamlessly into IPO’s culture. He played collegiate baseball at both Davenport and Madonna Universities, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

Caleb is a licensed sales associate in Michigan, and his diverse skill set further enhances the comprehensive services IPO delivers to our clients. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make as part of our growing team.
