IPO Welcomes New Team Member – Justin Gettel

IPO is excited to announce another addition to the team, Mr. Justin Gettel.

Mr. Gettle has joined IPO after interning during the summer of 2020. He also gained valuable experience as an analyst at Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors, which provides investment and asset management solutions to private and institutional clients. During his tenure at IPO Mr. Gettel exhibited significant skill and promise as an apartment broker, ensuring he will be a valuable asset to our clients in short order. Over the coming years, he will lead IPO’s entry into the Cincinnati market. Mr. Gettel graduated at the top of his class from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with a Bachlor of Arts in Finance.
