IPO’s A.J. Beachum will be attending CARH’s (Council for Affordable and Rural Housing) 2026 annual conference, which is being held June 22-24, at The Ritz-Carlton in Arlington, Virginia.
Attendees will hear from CARH’s legislative and policy experts, government officials, and industry stakeholders on key topics, legislation, regulations, and policies affecting the affordable rural housing industry. This networking event will also reveal the results of the CARH Top 20 for 2026, which ranks the top rural housing owners, developers, and managers in the
industry. In addition, the 2026 scholarship recipients of the CARH Scholarship Foundation will be in attendance.
